「ジョブドラフトFes」は高校生と企業が直接交流できる国内最大級の合同企業説明会です。
高校生の就職活動では、求人票の中から希望の企業を探すことが通常で、今の大学生の就職活動の当たり前とは大きく異なります。
しかし、高校生が就職先選びに求めるものは「職場の雰囲気」や「人間関係」等の、文字では読み取れない情報です。
まずは企業との出会いから、企業理解のきっかけを。そんな想いから生まれたのがジョブドラフトFesです。

2021年は全国10か所で合計14回開催、就職活動が活発な夏と秋に開催しました。
大卒新卒では当たり前の合同企業説明会も、高校生向けの開催はほぼありません。 -
高校生と企業が
「直接出会える」
高校生の就職活動では、求人公開以降、職場見学や応募以外で高校生と企業がコミュニケーションを取ることができる場が乏しいのが現状です。ジョブドラフトFesでは、求人票だけでは伝えられない自社の魅力を、直接PRができる場としてご活用いただけます。

就職相談ブースや、
スタッフが高校生をサポート
会場では「個別相談ブース」や会場内でスタッフが相談に乗るなど、高校生が企業ブースをたくさん回る仕掛けなどを用意しています。スムーズに企業と高校生が出会えるようサポートの工夫をしています。

～2022夏～」レポート
「ジョブドラフトFes ～2022夏～」当日の様子やブースを振り返ってみましょう。 今回から、実際の業務内容が体験できるように数多くの企業が準備いただきました。 体験した多くの高校生からも「仕事の様子がよくわかる」と感想をいただいております。
開始前から多くの高校生（学校関係者・保護者）が集まりました！
たくさんの高校生が熱心に話を聞いています。
出展企業業種例（2022年出展より）
販売職（食品・携帯）／建設（営業・施工・測量・とび職）／外食（ホール・調理）／介護／物流（倉庫・ドライバー・営業）／卸売・小売／製造（機械・機械部品）／食品製造／美容／警備／IT／清掃／一般事務／エンジニア／専門職（警察官・空港）etc..
仕事道具の実物を見せながら一人一人丁寧に業務内容を説明しています。
高校生が実際に高層ビルの窓ふき体験をしています。
